I handed in my resignation, my employers bought me off with higher pay and a promise of additional training... Its been 8 months, and still no change.

I don't know what to do. The increase in pay made my personal situation liveable, but they haven't addressed any of my issues. Also, yes, I'm being paid around 10k less than others with my title - but I lack those credentials! Which, is kinda my main problem...

Edit: Added a word. and tweaked a letter.
