I bought a new vehicle a few years ago and decided to get some quality floor liners to protect it. Did the whole Weathertech vs Husky comparison and ended up going with Husky due to the slightly better price, and the better dead pedal coverage for my particular vehicle.
Fast forward 4 years and I noticed that in one high-use spot, the liner was actually wearing through. I fired off an email to Husky, and had a response within 24 hours. After sending them a picture of the worn area they immediately approved the warranty request, and two days after the original request a new liner was in the mail.
What was interesting is that despite using the online contact, all communications was with an Engineering Manager who seemed to know the product inside out. While giving no hassle about processing the replacement, he was curious about the damage as it was something he'd never seen before.
All in all this was one of those interactions that makes you feel like your business is valued, and I'll happy be recommending these liners to anyone who asks.
