So I need to consume around 3500 calories a day to add 1lbs a week. I am doing this for my fitness regime to bulk up. I also want to keep my food bills down but they are my highest expense. I spend about £300 a month on food

I buy lots of canned food and breakfast and lunch has been standardised using huel food which cost me £2.60 a meal so breakfast and lunch every day is costing me £5.20 and dinner cost me like £3.50 I also have a snack which costs about £1.10 a day (snack is almonds and raisens)

Obviously I sometimes treat myself to some beer and 'treats' like takeaway ect which add to the cost to make it aboht £300 a month total on all my food and drink.

Most of my food is basically the huel powdered food. And then baked beans, eggs, sweet corn , brown rice , chicken , tuna and potatoes or sweet potatoes

I don't know how it's costing so much but is there anything to help keep costs down whilst also Bulking?

How does my cost compare to your costs, how much do you spend on food and drink a month I including all the snack and alcohol ect thag you might indulge in?
