I've seen similar posts in the past but all my searches are coming up short.
I've been with my company for over 15 years. Within the past 2 years they have hired a new supervisor and it's clear that the intention was to clear us long standing staff out as they want to go in a new direction (not to mention pay new employees a lot less). Long story short it has been hell, between the many unsubstantiated attempts from my supervisor to get us written up and ultimately fired (never been disciplined prior) to my director of HR agreeing my boss was trying to get us fired.
Fast forward and I've taken some stress leave. In that time I've managed to find other full time employment. I don't want to let my employer off that easy and would like to try and negotiate a buy out of sorts or a partial severance package. If that doesn't work obviously I'll just quit and start my new job.
Does anybody have any tips or suggestions? Any help is appreciated.
Thanks
