Hey guys, Valentines is around the corner and I wanted to make my girlfriend something. I'm in college now for plumbing so I have lots of pipe scraps and thought I'd make her a fancy lamp like I see around the Internet sometimes. I've been researching it, and most of the lamp projects I see on here have people in the comments chastising the creator for being unsafe.Is a project like this too much for someone who isn't an electrician? Or what do I need to do to make it safe? Can I use one of those lamp kits, or does it being put in copper pipe complicate things?
