So I followed everything on the list, paid off every single debt, have a 6 month emergency fund, maxed out IRA and 401(k). I can't have a back door Roth through my employer so what's next? I also have a vanguard fund where I am adding a good amount where I feel comfortable. Also got a rental property that is doing well. What are some other options for solid investments? I'm already taking a trip and making memories and have a stable job.
