Can people tell me some good frugal methods of self-care for dealing with work/life stress? I used to deal with it by gambling, getting massages, eating junk food, going to bars/clubs, eating out, going to the movies, and other expensive methods. It's been a little more difficult since I took up frugality. Now I mostly watch recorded free-to-air TV shows, sit in my massage recliner, have a couple drinks at home on the weekends, snack on peanuts and lentils, etc. Those haven't really been all that effective.
