Hi all - Perhaps an odd/unconventional question - I recently moved to a new apartment building that offers free electricity for the first year. Every year thereafter, I am billed the difference between the first baseline year and the current incurred year. Said another way, I pay the difference between whatever I use in that year vs. that first year. Other than just using lots of electricity in that first year to set the baseline high, is there any novel way for me to maximize that first year in order to raise the relative threshold for me in years to come? Thanks!
