Hello folks.
When do jobless claims represent actual new jobless claims, vs people coming off of seasonal-load hires?
As we all know hiring ramps up, across a few sectors, for the holiday season load.
When can we safely say the jobs report is representing lost jobs rather than simply UE claims from those in seasonal temporary positions?
Obviously it's not a direct science, but has anyone seen any reputable source explaining this situation?
