I have had an Eddie Bower jacket for about 10 years. It has getten very worn in some places and the down is starting to come out. Does wornout count as a return/ xchang/defect? They no longer make the jacket but they have similar 650 fill jackets. Can I ask for one of those? Will they give me a credit? Or has the jacket just had a good run and I should b happy it lasted as well as it did?
