I'm trying to digitize nearly all my personal documents since I'm decluttering/minimizing my home. I'm worried about using the library scanner since I will be scanning quite a bit of personal information (e.g., tax returns, birth certificate copies, etc.) so I'm looking to purchase a personal document scanner.

Does anyone have frugal suggestions for a scanner that can handle several documents? I'd be ok with a flatbed scanner if it was reasonably fast and had a way to feed documents to it. I don't need a printer, so all-in-ones seem like overkill to me.
