So my local/regional bank updated it's ToU and since I never read them in the first place I figured I'd give them a read, and I came upon this section:

I know they've done it for a long time but I could've sworn it was eventually regulated so that banks can't order your debits from highest to lowest, which generally causes customers to overdraft more than they would otherwise. I actually thought BoA lost a class action regarding this which set of a chain of changes.

I freakin' hate this bank and would close my account for this reason alone, but it happens to be the only bank that both myself and my mother have easy access to as we live in different towns.
