I have been with my current bank (Nationwide) for nearly a year and live in the UK. Recently in the last 2 weeks some purchases haven't been taking money. One in person with a hoodie and one online paying through paypal. Nobody has complained to me and the money is still in my account. I don't buy much since I am 16 but am I meant to tell my bank, am I breaking the law in any way?
