restaurants charge a nice amount for wing dings/fries so I found them at my local butcher for like 58/case. not sure the weight I'll find out next week when I go back. can anyone suggest where I might be able to locate them for cheaper... perhaps generic? these are precooked/breaded wings dropped into the deep fryer. any thoughts?
