I'm one that believes we will likely see turbulent economic times in the next 5 to 12 yrs. When I consider that, I think "pay cash". On the other hand it has been my dream to earn my living with a tiny vegetable and herb farm, I have a couple of ponies already to feed and house. When considering the farm dream I think, "put 20% down and buy 15 acres".
What would you do?
