Hello community. First time posting here, and apologies if this has been discussed before!
My SO and I are building our first home together. We have plans ready, it will be single story, 4 bedrooms. We are building in Australia, but I'm sure tips from all over the world can be applied.
What should we include that will save us money in the long run, OR that are cheaper but reliable alternatives to more expensive, common options? For example, we are thinking LED for lighting, and double glazing on windows.
