I've recently saved enough money to feel comfortable investing. I have about $5,000 to start with and was wondering who I should open a brokerage account with. I use TD bank for all of my other accounts so I was considering them, however several of my friends have recommended Fidelity. Any advice on where I should open an account as a casual, beginner investor would be much appreciated.
