So I'm brand new but I've been reading a couple books, and am looking at starting up a Roth IRA with some diversification in either stocks, bonds, or mutual funds/etfs. So my first question is, how do I want to spread this 1k out? And second, which brokerage should I open an account with? I've been looking at vanguard but I'm open to other ones.
