Hey Reddit, I'm a young man, 18 years old and I'm looking to start investing my money because I was taught in some of my life classes that the earlier you invest the better. I was wondering if you guys had any suggestions for me, I've tried to learn stocks but have had no success, some of my older friends suggest ETF's but I still don't quite understand what those are, I was wondering if there's any options that are hassle free that I can put 5,000 - 10,000 in and forget about for a while.
