There was a nice big after Christmas sale for some affordable sweaters and I jumped on the deal. After putting in my order I figured it would take a couple weeks due to the holidays. After 3 weeks I got a little impatient and emailed customer service about my concerns with the package. The next day I get an apology saying they were sorry I had not got the order yet. Then told me the only option was to refund my money in a week. Now I am happy as the next guy this got resolved quickly but I wanted some damned sweaters!
