I just moved to Portland, OR, and it seems that riding boots/yoga pants (or black leggings) are the universal style here.
Try as I might, I can't find any boots online at a reasonable price that look as good as the ones I'm seeing people wearing.
1) Does anyone know the sort of boots I'm talking about? It's hard to describe them exactly, and obviously not everyone is wearing the exact same boot, but they're all of a similar style that is eye-catching.
2) Do you know a good source for a frugal version of those?
