At the end of 2016, I went through my 401k looking at how many dividends I had received. As expected, my REIT paid out every quarter. However, none of my index funds (S&P500, RUSSELL2000, MSCI) paid out any dividends except when I did a rebalance. Is this normal?
I contacted Fidelity and they didn't know and suggested I talk to my plan administrator and I'm waiting for their response, interested in your thoughts as well.
