Basically, I am trying to import my horse from the UK to Switzerland.
The seller sold me a very lovely, but very low cost horse who now needs a bill of sale in order to import the horse into Switzerland as there's a 2.5% taxation fee on the total of the horse's original price as well as the price of importation.
However, by typical convention for such a low priced horse sale, our agreement was made verbally and all we did was shake hands.
I am attempting to contact her, but she has so far not responded. What can I do in this situation?
