I tried to find this in the wiki and was unsuccessful. As someone who is new to PF, I'm curious to hear more about what numbers I should know off the top of my head. I would love to hear:
1) What metrics you should track about your own finances
2) How you calculate that metric
3) What YOUR personal goal is for it
Example:
1) Rent Cost as a % of monthly take home income
a. to calculate = divide your rent by the total cost of monthly income b. goal = get it somewhere under 35%
What other metrics do you track?
