I'm very thankful that this will be resolved. My identity, and the other persons, are safe. The CEO reaching out to me personally was a nice touch.
However, credit and security are very sensitive matters. It should not take a post on social media to resolve this serious issue. At the very minimum, there should be a dedicated customer service line to report errors.
