Hey y'all, especially anyone who is trying to further their practical skills in IT stuff...

I'm studying for my CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) right now, and found out thru a co-worker that Udemy is having a big sale on their online courses. Virtually everything seems to be $15 right now. I took a chance and enrolled in Chris Bryant's CCNA boot camp (29 hours of lectures, covers CCNA R/S AND CCNA Security. After watching two hours of it last night, I've gotta say it's a great resource. There seem to be a LOT of classes on a lot of topics on there.

YouTube is great for learning any old random skill, including CCNA stuff, but most of the courses were outdated last time I checked a few months ago. There's another site called "CBT Nuggets" that's extremely good...But it also requires an expensive monthly subscription.

I'm happy with my savings on this, and the material is solid. Thought I'd pass along an FYI in case anyone out there needs cost-effective training materials for technical certs, programming, web development, etc.
