So I use my counter top toaster oven everyday and my hamilton beach 31100 broiling element broke and they don't sell replacements. I'm thinking of upgrading to a toaster oven that will last forever and I can get replacement parts for.
In checking the subreddit I see a lot of love for Breville ovens, but I have one weirdly specific need in my oven, I must have a timer function that will last at least 2 hours (I slow cook alot +I'm forgetful + neurotic about burning my house down).
So yeah any Breville owners out there? or people with ovens with long timers want to give me some recommendations?
