Have 60k that I would like to invest. This will be long-term investment (25+ yrs). I realize E-series have higher MERs, but I'm more comfortable presently with the idea of couch potato investing, but I could be convinced to make the switch to ETFs as lower MERs are appealing but not that comfortable knowledge-wise with ETF purchasing and rebalancing. Also what would be a good breakdown of index based funds (CDN,US,INT) assuming I want to maximize ROI and don't care too much about volatility?
