Over the years, my local Albertsons had cheese blocks as the cheapest option (buy the block, shred/slice it yourself for best price, right?)
Now, shredded and sliced are cheaper or the same price as the block. What is going on? Are cheese blocks getting pricier or the processed options cheaper?
What a crisis.
