Sears, Macy's and Kmart store closings... Any possible deal to be had?

I remember when Circuit City closed their doors for the last time. There were a lot of bargains if you were willing to hunt for them and deal with some crowds plus depressed employees. Just wondering what would be best to keep an eye out for.
