I use amazon a lot, and a recent find has really helped especially with larger purchases. It does require you to purchase bitcoin, but that doesn't take too long to set up.

Search for BitCoinPanda or Kraken or Coinbase or research your own Bitcoin exchange site where you buy bitcoins, and get verified.

Create an account on Purse.io , and from here follow the instructions. Basically, to sum it up you create a wishlist on amazon, copy and paste the link into purse.io and from there select what you want to buy.

Buy Bitcoins, buy from Purse and voila, you can expect a delivery within a week (assuming your discount rate is approx 15%).
