I had the mother of all close calls sometime in the last two days - I set my backpack down somewhere wet (it's been raining) and when I went to retrieve some items from inside, the bottom inch of several notebooks was warped from water. These are notebooks I've been keeping since 2007, so I am not about to risk this happening again.
What has great water resistance, doesn't stand out, is useful for EDC, and can be (accidentally) put into puddles from time to time?
