I was thinking about writing a tool that would take the download CSV from a brokerage account and let you visualize the performance over time. So you could have the whole portfolio as a candlestick or as a bubble chart (or stacked line chart) by position value and then animate the changes day by day and also compare your stuff to various benchmarks etc...
But then it occurred that somebody must already have such a tool, but some simple google searching did not produce results (I probably used bad key words). Anyway, is there something like this already. Or is this a silly idea?
