Yes, I know diversification is important.
PHK is a high income fund that yields an annual 13% dividend. It has an ER of roughly 1% so let's call it 12%. If the share prices stays flat, you get 12%. If it goes up, you get the up plus the 12%. You aren't in the red until the fund moves down more than 12%. I know that the fund historically has been up and down a fair amount.
Someone tell me why putting a large position here is a bad idea.
