So I just found out that brother's credit score is in the 300s due to my mother opening lines of credit for him as a 3,4,5 year old and never paying things back. He WILL NOT press charges. What's the recourse? Where does he start? He's trying to make something of his life now that he's out of her grasp, and I want to help.
