Hello everyone, I'm not 100% sure this is the right subreddit for this question but here it goes.
I'm interested in learning about buying properties in Europe and renting them out. Apartments, houses. Business locations. I live in the Canary Islands, Spain. If anyone has any advice, books, videos on these subjects (this might fall into real estate, but renting the place out, not buying and selling)
If anyone could help me out with information or point me to the right direction so I can educate myself I would really appreciate it. I'm 25 years old but I want to start planning with the right information
