I'm sure this is the wrong place to post, but also know that there will be readers who can help. I've always had a problem with boots causing big time blisters on my heel or Achilles in the early wears, which has always made me stay away and never break them in. I recently picked up a pair of Clarks desert boots, and yet again one short walk and my heels have blisters peeling 3 days later. Not sure if this is specific to this shoe make or boots in general but does anyone have a method for breaking these in aside from personal wearing in? Perhaps some frugally purchased device or maybe like a chemical liquid that helps break this down?
Perhaps I am odd in this sense, perhaps a walking irregularity lol, but any new pair of Sperrys also hurts for like the first 5 wears, similarly on the heel. So really I'm looking for something or a method to break heels in on shoes without tearing up my feet, because that's becoming an obstacle that is keeping me in my ratty beat up shoes in fear.
