Coca Cola, I just had a glass a few nights ago over ice. I don't drink it often but as a rare treat nothing comes close to really satisfying me when I'm in the mood for something other than ice water at night.

You see it everywhere, it's in every movie, the brand is strong as ever, so I'm interested in your thoughts on its apparent slide this last year.

It's near a 52 week low, soda consumption is down, and diet coke one of its biggest performers of its beverage portfolio along with diet sodas in general have really fallen off.

That being said it has juices and sports drinks and water. I'm really interested in investing in the company, and its price gets more attractive by the day, so I'm very interested in everyones thoughts about the company and its stock, most importantly:

What do you think about the long term competativeness of the company? Do you think soda consumption is in a downward trajectory indefinitely or will the tides turn back? And lastly, what price range do you think is good value for the company? I'm thinking around $35.00 per share but the likelihood of it reaching that point is rather low.

Would love to hear your thoughts.
