I'm a college student just now starting to poke at the stock market, looking mostly to get into investing: What software would all of you recommend that I get started on? Primarily, I would like something to just come home to and see on my computer screen, providing me concise, real-time information, considering that my mobile phone has the processing power of a boiled potato. Any other programs or websites you use to trade would be much appreciated as well: The more information I have, the more certainty I can place behind the choices I make.
