I have been a member of Regions bank for 5 years. I hate them. They charge 5% to deposit a check via phone, they have bad hours, their app is always down, their overdraft policy is ridiculous, and their locations are inconvenient. The only reason I am there is because my parents opened a student account for me out of high school so that they could transfer money to me easily. However, the result has been them transferring my money to them instead, and obviously I'd like that to stop. Also, I tell them I need them to pay me back and then they call the bank who willing tells them how much is in my account and then they tell me I don't need to be paid back. Soooo, I need a new bank. Any options? Ive heard Bank of America is good. I looked in the Wiki, but is there like a list of bank "features" somewhere?
