First time home owner and my payment for the mortgage is 1128, that includes taxes/insurance. I'm currently paying for my 2015 scion frs (411.76/month) i make on adverage 2800/month. I'm not sure all the expenses of owning a home and I'm scared. Can you help me figure a rough estimate of my money at the end of the month? Edit: I'll sign papers for my home between the 20th and 27th.
