Fast food is already pretty expensive, but if you have to make a stop, consider this. Most hamburgers at a McDonald's will run you anywhere from $4-$6, depending on location. The plain hamburgers are yummy and relatively cheap. Even though they're not usually listed on the menu, go ahead and ask for one. They'll know what you're talking about.
