I use an at home carpet cleaner and while it does a good job, it's unable to remove some stains. We were thinking of hiring a company to try and clean them but are wondering if it's worth it or not?

I know they have "professional grade" equipment, but how much of a better job do they do compared to at home ones?

Also, if you do recommend getting them cleaned professionally, do you have any ways to do this frugally?
