I worked with three different agencies that pay me in 1099. I forgot to do the paperwork/do the time sheets/etc as my life got ridiculously busy in the past couple of years... and promptly forgot about the payments for the hours I worked in 2014-2015. Possibly some in 2013.
Am I SOL or can I still ask to be paid?
