Last month I began a free trial on Buildbox, a video game development kit, thinking that I would cancel the subscription before the trial ends and the payments start. Well, a few days before the month was up I tried to find a way to cancel my subscription but there was no way to do this on their website. After some research, I found that the only way to cancel my subscription was to email support directly, but they don't respond. So now I have a $98 dollar hit to my bank account that I really don't need right now, and seemingly no way to stop it from happening again next month. What should I do?
