Our credit card tracks my husband's credit. I randomly took a peek today and his credit went from the high 700's to 646. I opened an account to find out what had changed in the past two months and all I could find is we have an account past due. It's an American Express card we opened to buy plane tickets and immediately paid off. On the credit report it says the past due balance is 0.00 dollars. It says it's been past due for 60 days, but the account was opened and paid off in August 2016. I logged into the account and it's a 0.00 balance. What do I do to fix this?
