I'm quite new at this, so I was wondering if you could provide some help on reading this form. If you have a link to explain in further detail what these terms and acronyms means, that would be even better.

- Column 2: What is a title of class? Is there a document/link that I can read up on that explain what possible values are for this column and the meaning behind these values?
- Column 3: What does CUSIP stand for?
- Column 5: What is SHRS OR PRN AMT? What is SH/PRN?
- Column 6: What is an Investment Discretion?
- Column 8: What is the difference between sole, shared, and none authority?
