My father is obsessed with buying egg pans, particularly pricey non stick 'wonder pans' that inevitably wear out in about two years of hard use.
I'm tired of small chips of carcinogens flecking themselves into my eggs.
I'm even more tired having him insist on buying yet another pan to add to my collection every couple of years.
I'd love to find a great, heavy duty egg pan that will last a lifetime. Please feel free to name brand and site location as I am determined to have a permanent solution to his fixation for his next visitation
Edit: he doesn't like the cast iron that I already have, he claims it sticks too easily. Help!!
