I'm in dire need of a comfortable chair for gaming and working (currently using a wooden chair which bruises my butt). I've narrowed it down to two Alera chairs based on my budget, but I'm having a really tough time choosing between them:
Alera Elusion Multifunction Chair
Alera Etros Petite Multifunction Chair
The Elusion seems like a standard chair that a lot of people here on reddit love and the materials look a bit nicer than those on the petite chair based on the pictures, but I'm worried that it might be too big for me in terms of seat depth. I'm 5'5" and from the inside of my knees to my back is about 17.5" when sitting, meaning any seat depth longer than that wouldn't work. I know it has a knob on the side to adjust seat depth, but it's hard to tell what the measurements of the seat can be adjusted to.
If any of you have either chair and could give me advice or some measurements I'd really appreciate it!
