TLDR; I want to know if I can get financing with 0 down on a redevelopment project that would cost $650k and NOI about $160-$180K conservatively. Am I out of my mind or would banks be willing to lend.
Already own the land and building with proven income of 70K+, 0% vacancy last decade, worth about $2.5 M in New York. Any help appreciated.
